First. Think of a theme.
          Second.pick characters from your favorite show anime or manga or whatever your in to. so long as you put in a disclaimer stating you don't own those characters unless one of them is your own original idea.
          Third.if you do use anime or manga series characters make sure you know their background. lifestyle. characteristics. And personality traits.
          Fourth.you want to make the story as long and drawn out as possible to get people coming back for more. Drama is key as is the reaction between characters. The more dramatic The introduction of the story the better.
          And finally. NEVER.EVER. put anything in the story description that makes The story predictable. I've read far to many of those.
          
          Can't wait to see what you have to come up with.and remember. 
          
          The only limit is your imagination
