Discovery (with Advance Publications still holding their 3.97% ownership of WBD) as part of their complex, competing takeover bids, indicating they were a small shareholder while actively trying to buy the whole company. That means Paramount Skydance owns 15% of Warner Bros. while trying to buy the whole thing.
