sorry i havent posted much besides announcements but uh
PLEASE boycott youtube tomorrow {the 13th of august}, theyre rolling out an AI feature that will restrict you depending on what kind of stuff you like to watch
boycotting is basically just not using the platform of youtube tomorrow, fyi, its *only* tomorrow.

@Voiding_Skies I wonder whats gonna happen when we all boycott the hell out of YouTube for this. do you think they are gonna revert the changes?

@Voiding_Skies Oh definitely. They'll get me for sure because my history is a mix of mcyt that's generally considered for kids and animations, and I've heard that if they think you're a minor, they'll make all your uploads private and warp your recommendations to more "kid appropriate" content. If this occurs I'll likely not only boycott tomorrow but not yet YouTube again. YouTube to MP3/MP4 sites here I come

ive been like enjoying more mcyt content recently and have REALLY been back into the creative flow but whats with the whole female-partner being forced on the male characters recently??
a channel i like {Mac & Ollie on YouTube,, you might see a fic of them soon} just completely forces the relationship despite the two {Mac & Ollie} being perfect and healthy for eachother as partners ??
sorry for my little siderant, 2 new chapters today hopefully for KJ and possibly a WIP for other fics

@Voiding_Skies I haven't seen the new Mac and Ollie vid yet (only like abt six minutes in) but from what I have seen so far irritates me not every narrative has to be male x female guys. I'm never the type to explicitly hate any tropes but it's been so badly handled so many times that I just instantly lose interest if it's shown, like even if said male and female are perfectly fine as friends or have zero chemistry the narrative will still be like "hey they're romantic guys!!"

god having an extension for darkmode has been the best switch of my life wdym it was THIS easy the entire time,,
