            it's surprisingly easy to oversaturate these babies. not to worry, i can always lift her spirits if it happens again. [ rowan smiled from the male's reaction, the validation bringing her joy. she loved helping her friends out with their plants ] oh, it's nothing really. i'm just glad i was around to help. i don't have anyone you can spy on, but you certainly can repay me by going out for a coffee or something :)

          hmm  .  .  .  that's  a  tough  one  .  i  really  like  the  african  starfish  flower  ,  but  the  tropical  pitcher  plants  are  pretty  groovy  as  well  .  all  time  favorite  has  to  be  the  venus  flytrap  though —  such  a  fascinating  species  .  
          
          oh  no  !  that's  no  good  .  i  most  certainly  can  .  where  is  she  ?  *  rowan  looked  around  for  the  daisy ,  brows  furrowed  with  concern  for  the  plant's  wellbeing  *

(  a  cheerful  smile  came  to  his  lips  at  the  joke ,  letting  himself  laugh  at  it  and  shook  his  head  a  bit .  )  and  so  i've  been  told ,  ms.  grimaldi .  i  do  have  a  rigorous  course  but  i  try  to  make  things  good  for  the  students .  and  if  they  cant  keep  up  because  they're  distracted  then  that's  what  happens .  (  he  lifted  his  metal  hand  slightly  before  giving  an  appreciative  nod  towards  her  words .  he  was  always  scared  of  freaking  people  out  with  the  arm .  )  definitely  rewarding ,  i'm  not  sure  why  i  chose  this  topic .  but  it  definitely  helps  with  peoples  courses  in  life .  and  yeah ,  i  understand  that .  you  teach  the  thing  you're  passionate  about  and  special  to  you .  which  makes  it  more  special  because  you're  sharing  that  with  people  who  also  want  to  learn  about  it .

            ah  ,  yes  !  that's  right  . from  what  i  was   told  by  some  of  those  transfer  students  , you  have  quite the  rigorous  course  ,  mr.  barnes  .  [  rowan teased ,  leaning  forward  a  little  as  she  joked  playfully  with  the  male ] the  metal  arm  is  pretty  badass ,  if  you  ask  me  .  [  the brunette nodded in agreement as she listened to his reasoning ] no no , i totally agree ! there's something rewarding about knowing you're shaping the minds of the next generation . as for botany specifically , i've always been into plants  .  they  have a  very  . . . special meaning to me , y'know  ?
