@gagabushin Still clinging too life but been dragged through the wringer. Post-finished education life has me burnt out. Not enough time, energy nor brain power to sustain a stable schedule. Unfortunately updates will be few and far between at current stage. However, exposure to newly discovered inspiring subjects in media are providing boosts in motivation. Despite bleak chances, hope endures.

@EBYrsTruly what i meant by that Leon can use Neural resocialization in order to fill manpower without needing recruits or conscripts

There is some truth to that, perhaps in the future.
