I grew up in Berkeley, California and earned a degree in Theater from UCLA. Films that I wrote and directed include the features "Without a Name;" "The Maginot Line;" "Girls' Night In (Beauty, Brains, and Personality);" "Santa's Letters;" and "She's Out of His Mind;" and the shorts "Good Business Sense;" "The Truth About Me;" "Jesus Awakens the Little Girl;" "A Timely Maneuver;" "Snacking;" and "Cranky Call."

Co-written with Larry Maraviglia: "Without a Name," "Together Again," "Ficus Rex," "Love at Second Bite," "Final Curtain," "C.C. Julian." Co-written with Paul Loverde: "Free Advice -- The Series."

Over 250 separate productions of my plays have been mounted worldwide.
