Its been a full year since I have actually been on here for any kind of reason and I just want to apologize to everyone who has stayed with me or even cared I was missing in action. It has been a long hard year which resulted in a depression and two large lifestyle changes. I am happy to say I am healthy, happy and back with some creative juices flowing!

Its been a year of positives and negatives. I am happy to say that I came out on top of it all and no longer battling this bipolar bout of depression which sucks. Im fully committed to what I do now in my professional and personal life.
