♡         —      the  way  i  see  it,  there’s  no  ‘appropriate’  time  for  drinks.  ‘cocktail  hour’ is  just  the  way  alcoholics  try  to  control  themselves,  and  it  never  works,  anyways.  and  no,  i  still  have  a  prayer  session  to  attend..  that’s  why  i’m  here  instead  of  around  the  square.  mother  ophelia  is  probably  raising  hell  trying  to  find  me.

            a drink,  at this hour?  do i have the right to assume you just got off shift?

♡       —      ..i  can  name  a  few  others,  actually.  whatever.  let’s  go  for  a  drink  and  you  can  slander  her  name  in  front  of  the  entire  tavern  when  you  get  drunk.

♡       —       ..i  am  grateful  you  decided  to  be  merciful,  for  her  sake.  do  we  have  an  aim,  other  than  simply  observing  the  camps?  should  i  take  notes?

            tsk. .  when i went over to the alchemy table where i saw her the next day,  she was already apologizing profusely at me.  all i could see was the board behind her marked “result: failure,”  and i decided to not go through with my thoughts.  

♡       —      ah.  that’s..  unfortunate.  i  remember  her  describing  to  me  something  of  a  similar  function.  she  seemed  ecstatic  at  the  time.  it’s  a  shame  her  work  backfired  so  disastrously.

            hmph.  dinner,  of course,  since our original plans failed-  we might as well head to the restaurant.  don’t worry,  i need to exact some vengeance on sara for something she had done last time,  so it isn’t out of my way.

♡         —         *sigh*…  jean  never  let  me  see  the  end  of  it!  there  were  lectures  for  *weeks*!  oh,  okay!  uh-  what  are  we  doing  again?

            the spark knight was happy because of how much an explosion she’s seen. .  good to say that the acting grandmaster had taken her before she saw the end product.
