It is so weird to get a comment or a new follow, only to open their profile and see literally nothing except “joined __ years ago”
          	
          	Idk why it creeps me out so much. You could just really value your privacy. Or you could not know how to type up a bio on this app. Or you maybe don’t use Wattpad that much so you don’t think you need one! 
          	
          	But, ugh, something about it just,,, puts me on edge.

@ELLI_BITXHH I am one of those who have almost no information  I go in, read a story, put "like", add the stories I like to my reading lists and that's it, nothing else happens, so I don't see any point in writing anything about myself. If it were possible to read stories without registering, I probably wouldn't even create a page. But if I were an author, I would write about myself, that's for sure.
          	  There is absolutely no need to be nervous. Many are simply too lazy to fill out information about themselves, or do not see any need for it, for example, me. Do not think about it, it is nonsense, the main thing is that you have a new subscriber, which means you write stories that these people like!

          I read these amazing stories on Wattpad and never once think it sounds weird to write in third person, but then I go and do it and it sounds so fucking weird. UGHHHH I hate my writing lately. It’s not even the writing at this point. It’s What I’m writing. 
          
          This Is The Real Me is a story I’m so, so excited to write. I have so many ideas for it. But when I sit down to write it, it sounds awful.
          
          I’m starting to think that it’s because I’m writing it in first person. I always write my drafts in third person. I should try it…

          I wanna write BUT I CANT WRITE.
          
          Physically, yes I can. But not in REALITY!
          
          It all sounds so bad. I have all these ideas and I know exactly what’s going to happen in my story, but I can’t seem to type it into the google doc and have it sound … NICE.

My inspiration is dead, guys. I used to write stuff that I liked, and I loved it all, but now I just look at my writing and think about others will hate it. And then that makes me hate it. Instead of look for the good like I used to!
          
          God, the school system raises us to be such people pleasers. 
          
          I can’t wait for it to be summer. Only one more day of finals and then IM FREEEEE!!
          
          I hope I can find a way to love my writing again :P

@ELLI_BITXHH You reminded me of an expression that is used in my country, it sounds like - "Woe from Wit". It means that a person thinks about something so much, argues with himself, finds flaw after flaw in each of his judgments and eventually brings himself to a nervous breakdown and a complete loss of faith in himself. I mean, stop thinking too much, just do what you love. Those who do not like what you write, let them not read, it should not bother you. But those who are more mature in mind, if something is wrong in the story, confusing or unclear, will leave you a comment in which they will gently prompt / ask to add or rewrite some piece of the story. Readers are not judges or evaluators, but they, if you ask, can become excellent and free "beta-assistants" .

That’s what I like AND dislike about ao3. One kudos for the whole story. But on Wattpad, if votes go down with each chapter, I figure people are enjoying it less and don’t want updates as much

@ELLI_BITXHH I think not many people understand what "vote" means. For example, I only recently more or less understood how Wattpad works  and I try not to forget to vote, but again, this is also not entirely clear: is it enough to "click on the star" once to praise a story or is it necessary to do this for each chapter separately?

Abt This Is The Real Me 
          
          Just so you guys know, the weekly update may be delayed a day or two. Or maybe a double chapter next weekend. 
          
          I’ve been on my period this weekend and it’s rendered me tired and unmotivated. I’m currently writing the next chapter, but after scrapping half of it on Friday, I haven’t gotten anywhere near the end of it.
