@horrorcomplex nothing too complex. All you need is pinterest, search up textures and cool pngs you can use. Use remove.bg to remove the background. Then deviantart. It's where I get my psds from. Then photophea to edit it all on. Fiddling around with what looks good to you is all that matters BTW, so don't worry about trying to make it look perfect.
