Jeremiah looked over his blueprints with a serious expression on his face. He didn’t look very pleased for some reason, but tried not to show it. Jeremiah looked at Ecco from the corner of his eye as she came into his office with a tray with water and snacks . Normally he wouldn’t even say anything to her and keep doing whatever he was doing but today ... was different. “Well, that was very thoughtful...” he says , not looking at her as he said that. Jeremiah sighed and slowly turned around to face her, which he hasn’t done in a while. Jeremiah would usually watch her from the corner of his eyes and that’s it . He never actually faced her. For once a slight smile appeared on his face . He was happy to see her ... for some reason.

Ecco was aware she should be glad she was alive at all, she had never seen Jeremiah forgive anyone. She deepened the kiss, never felt more alive. “I will never do anything like that again, I promise.” She smiled as she slowly pulled away from Miah.

But the way she looked at him it was easy see how sorry she was. When she mentioned killing Jerome he smiled. “If I didn’t want you here you would’ve been dead. You and I both know I hate having asking twice,” he told her as they danced. He then stopped their dance and pulled her into a kiss.
