I've always loved movies - especially the ones that started as books. Dune, Lord of the Rings, Blade Runner... the kind of stories that feel mythic but personal.

I moved to Hollywood right after high school to learn how the industry worked. I was part of the cast of the sci-fi series Face Off as a model, and I've been chasing stories ever since. Acting didn't always pay the bills, but I never lost the pull to create something of my own.

The idea for Splice came to me in a dream about seven years ago - just one wild scene I couldn't shake. I've been building the world ever since. It's gone through so many changes, but this is the version that stuck.

This story has become an obsession: there's humor, heartbreak, hybrid tech, betrayal, battles, and a little bit of romance. It's been emotional to write, and surreal to finally put it out into the world.

This is Book One of a trilogy.
I'd love to see it brought to life one day - live action, anime, whatever the future holds.
