comfort note.
          i always wanna leave it so i can make other people feel comfort..
          even just through a letter..
          i hope you feel a little comfort ♡
          
          
          
          
          if you're still confused, let that confusion through.. you don't get to figure it out right away.. and once you.. even in denial.. can see what really it is you are.. please please let  the feeling sink in..
          
          one thing that helps me.. when I am in confusion..or in anger or in sadness..
           I know.. I am sure, the words I always sing.. are how I really.. which I try to deny(personally).. feel..
          
          whatever you feel, when you hear the beat and your heart beats to it(it kinda sounds cliché but when I really like the words in a song.. my heart pounds)  whatever that is.. sing it..
          
          your most played song..
          
           your comfort song..
          
          buy your favorite food..
          
          haul your favorite chipss.. Netflix or iFlix or MOVIEHD and Chiill
          
           making any food at all.. is therapeautic (personally for me)  
          
          and 
          cold showers =
          increases sleep + comfort cold (rainy day vibes)
          
          hot showers = reduces stress, muscle tension and basically, a warmth we can't find from someone when we need a hug.. 
          
          but you know, my teacher told me.. if you are being yourself.. someone's gonna find you and see you.. ♡♡
          
          talk it out to a trusted person..
          
          talk to it out to important people.. 
          who thinks you're important and cares for your mental health.
          
          listen to your favorite artist evah..!

          believe in God..
          
          listen to what yourself is trying so loud.. to express you..
