I just got mystic messenger, and let me tell you...NO REGRETS!!!!

Does anyone know how to stop panic attacks? I really need to know. I know I'm going to have one later, and I need to know how to keep it down and quiet so people don't think I'm looking for sympathy.

I just found out my best friend, she's known as bear on wp, is in the hospital  for trying to kill herself. I can't visit because I'm sick and we don't know if it's only family or what. Oh dear god, what am I going to tell her and our friends? If anyone has any advice , ANY, please tell me what to do. Thanks

Hello, fellow Wattpad friends! Nothing really cool happened today, wish that was different, but if anyone could give me anime or manga suggestions that would be AWESOME!!! I am currently out, and it sucks like hell.
