EclipsingArtemis

UPDATE: Chapter 8 should be out today or tomorrow!! So glad to finally have this thing almost done :D

In the meantime, have some lines I thought of for chapter nine. Not saying who’s speaking them (one might be obvious tho), but I thought these were cute hehe:

“For you, the sun rises and sets with him.”

“…But what if he is my sun?”

Sneak peek of chapter 7 since it's gonna be VERY emotionally charged >:)

The Sun God sighed, not wanting to bring up the topic yet, but knowing he couldn't avoid it any longer. "Do you remember that prophecy I told you about?"

          "The one involving you?"

"That one, yes." Apollo took a moment to phrase his next words. "Well...we found the deity it involves. A Storm Goddess."

"But you aren't pleased with it." Hyacinthus observed. He gave a soft sigh of his own, a comfort tucked in his purple eyes. "You don't want to fall in love with her yet. You think you would be dishonoring me by doing so."

Apollo stayed quiet. The prince could read him like ink on parchment.

"It's fate," he finally spoke, voice as soft as the lightest breeze, "a fate I don't want."
