I have returned, for what it's worth. However, reading back on Brothers in Arms and Broken and Betrayed, it genuinely hurts how bad they are. Anybody want to finish the story themselves? Also, any story ideas for me to use as a fresh start?

@Edinamabasi  I had an idea for a fanfic that I think is pretty unique.  I was planning on writing it myself, but I have a lot going on, so if you're interested I'd be willing to help where I can.
          	  
          	  Basically Hera finally snapped, and goes down to the mortal world searching for a fling. Because she wants to keep this too herself, she hides her divinity so well Poseidon doesn't recognize her, and Hera doesn't either or doesn't care in the heat of the moment.
          	  Realizing that she can't raise Percy herself, Hera finds a mortal woman who looks similar to how she did in mortal form (Sally), and uses the Mist to make Sally believe Percy is hers, while making a deal with Chaos or someone to lock away whatever powers being a son of Hera has given Percy.
          	  It would be interesting to develop a son of Hera's powers (I have a few ideas if you want to hear), and perhaps after similar events to the first book or so, Zeus finds out and becomes paranoid that Hera and Posiedon are trying to replace him. I have some more ideas on how the plot would progress from here if you want them. Also, Poseidon himself could mistake Sally for Hera's mortal form and she could bear a sibling to Percy if you want to add in some more drama.

A bit late to this, but you could try and do something similar to Timeless Warrior by Anaklusmos14. Something like in the Trojan War but not as the brother of Achilles or insert Percy into other myths. Other than that I really like the stories where Percy is the child of other gods, whether or not by birth or adoption. So maybe you could try one of those, specifically with some of the less used gods since there are quite a few Hades Hestia Hera, and an absolute ton of Artemis out there.
