i study everyday and am cramped up in my room doing nothing but homework and reading(i'm not a boo'wurm but it's what my mom would want anyways) my posture sucks because I NEVER sit upright or anything. sometimes I catch myself bending over(lowkey funny but that freaking hurts) my sister would say "okay that's enough, if your not gonna sit up right then just lay down."
getting to the weird part(not really): do y'all got any tips to sit better? as I'm typing this i'm bending over like wtf anyways ty for reading
