Another year down ladies and gentlemen. As 2025 comes to a close I want to thank you all my dear readers and followers for reading my little story.
          	
          	Though I wish I could have written more chapters this year, I'm content with the ones I managed to get out, especially my 50th chapter.
          	
          	Though my free time isn't as plentiful as before, I'll keep at this story till it reaches it's end, and after that...we'll, I don't want to make too many promises just yet.

          But i have a few questions.
          1 Can Maverick change this world?
          2 Does Marliya by any chance remind Maverick of 20th century Germany?
          3 How do you view the entire Attack on Titan story?

            1. Maverick, in my headcanon, has a habit of being an agent of change, for both the better and the worst.
            
            2. Marley will certainly remind Maverick of a 'certain' nation...
            
            3. For me Attack on Titan was a decent story but had a disatisfying end.

Hello author, what do you felling?
          
          I have a few questions.
          
          Will Maverick's old enemies appear? For some reason I feel that they are unlikely to leave him alone even in another world.
          
          Will there be a topic about moving around worlds, not like Maverick but through portals or something similar? After all, Maverick should know what portals are and where they lead.
          
          Besides Marley, will you write about other superpowers? It would be illogical that they didn't exist.

@Zansultan Hello again. I'm feeling fine at the moment. 
            Life's been keeping me pretty busy.
            
            Once again, my answers to you will be half-hearted, as I don't want to go too much into certain details as they will spoil things I want to keep under my sleeve for the story.
            
            1. Maverick's old punching bags will reappear in the story, though not in the way you might think.
            
            2. While Maverick may talk about the concept of portal travel in the future it's not something that'll truly become a focal point in the future. Mav got placed on Paradis Island, so he'll stay on Paradis Island.
            
            3. The most I'll say is that I've entertained the thought of adding in other nations.

Hello, author! How are you doing? I wanted to ask: will threats from other worlds be present?
          Will Maverick be able to defeat Marley?
          Will Maverick heal Reiner? I feel a bit sorry for him.

@Zansultan Hi, I'm doing swell, thanks for asking.
            
            For the sake of not completely spoiling what I have planned for my story my answers will be pretty half-assed.
            
            1.There will be some threats one might call otherworldly later on in the story, some might say they will be quite 'bizarre'.
            
            2. Marley will be 'dealt with' in a sense. In my head canon this isn't Maverick's first time dealing with a hostile nation.
            
            3. At the time of writing this response Maverick has yet to discover then truth regarding the titan shifters so him healing Reiner is still up in the air.

With 2023 winding down (where I'm from) I once more want to thank all my readers, both old and new, and both on Fanfiction.net and here on Wattpad.
          
          While it has been slow, seeing the rise of views, votes, and followers on Fanfiction has made me a very happy guy, despite some blowbacks.
          
          But that hasn't stopped me, nor do I plan on letting it. I want to bring this story to its end someday, and no doubt you all want to see that end as well.
          
          Here's to a hopefully prosperous 2024!

Since it's an hour close to midnight (where I'm from at least) I thought I'd send out this little message to wish everyone a happy new years, especially those who have just started to find my story (you know who you are)
          
          It seriously made my day to get a few new readers and seeing all those messages pop up in my notifications, made me feel I wasn't just sending this story out into the void.
          
          Hope I can keep you all entertained as we shift into the new year as Maverick's life in Paradis is still far from over.
