Don't ever feel that you're worthless. Because you aren't. You're special in your own way and you belong on this earth. After every storm, there is a shining light. After every tornado, there is indeed damage but that damage can be repaired.  If you're insecure or hate yourself for something I understand what you're going through because I am going through the same thing. But please keep in mind that no one is perfect. The perfect people always have a deadly secret or a tragic end to their lives. So please, if you're feeling down or feeling depressed. Note that, If you do disappear because it takes the pain away, the pain doesn't really go away because it isn't treated properly. It will pass down onto someone else, and they will feel the same pain that you did for the rest of their lives.
