          After a lot of back and forth with myself, I've decided to join the Open Novella Contest. This will be the first time I do something like this, so I'm really excited and also a little nervous. 
          
          The title is A Soul Etched in Flame, and it follows Maera Wyld, a witch who is not as powerful as she should be, as she breaks rules and enters a forbidden forest to rescue something- or someone, rather- she never expected. 
          It will be a lot shorter and faster-paced than my other books as this is a novella, and I've decided to experiment with a slightly different writing style, but I think it still retains some of my more dramatic inclinations.  
          
          If you choose to check it out and let me know what you think, I will be very grateful.
          
          Also, if you're following my other story, The Night Library, don't worry about this new story taking over. I have so many chapters of TNL written and will be updating it at the same rate.

          I’m excited to finally say it: I’ll be officially starting to publish my new story, The Night Library.
          
          This one has been growing in the back of my mind for a few months now, and I can’t wait to share it with you. It’s filled with ancient secrets, quiet tension, and my own personal take on vampires (because honestly, I love them too much not to).
          
          To kick things off, I’ll be posting the first three chapters today to give you a taste of the story and hopefully pull you into the world right away.
          
          For anyone still following VII- Her Last Life, don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten it! I only have a few chapters left, and I’ll be updating it soon. I promise I’ll see it through to the end.

          (well, for me anyway)
          
          With only a few chapters left in my current book (VII – Her Last Life), you’d think I’d take a break… but nope. As soon as I came close to wrapping up the ending, I went straight into writing something brand new.
          
          Introducing my next story: The Night Library- a paranormal romance filled with secrets, shadows, and slow-burn tension.
          
          Imagine a library that only appears after sunset… hidden beneath London, where mortals and immortals cross paths. A place where books don’t just tell stories, but reveal souls.
          
          That’s all I’ll say for now- no spoilers! But expect mystery, danger, forbidden rules, and maybe a romance that could change everything…
          
          Stay tuned, because the doors to The Night Library will be opening very soon!

✨ Update: Chapter 28 is Live! ✨
          
          Hi everyone,
          
          I just published Chapter 28- the final chapter in Part IV of my book, VII. With that, we’re officially stepping into the fifth and final part, Part V: The Life They Keep.
          
          This is the last arc of the story. Only 7 chapters and an epilogue remain before we reach the end. 
          
          It feels surreal to be this close after everything Ailís and Eamon have endured, but I promise this last stretch will be the most emotional yet.
