That does sound pretty cool.you could also talk to my friend @WanderingFlame . My storie will have a lot of OCs made up by my friends so you can use them for inspiration if you like

@ElfGirl I don't know! Thats the problem...most of the characters I think of are mostly mary sues... my idea was the girl would be abandoned when she was born in the forest. Then Treebeard would take care of her by the orders of Gandalf. Then when she turns 13 she would become a wanderer. She also would be half elf but she doesn't know yet.

I can't wait till you finish tlotr stories!!!!! i love them! and i totally know how you feel about the writers block...it sucks...a lot...but on the bright side I do have a craving to write a lofr fan fic as well but I need some ideas on a character. If you have any it would be very appreciated!
