Things have been kinda messed up here, and in my new book I just started, I told you that I'd make a post explaining what's going on and why I started a completely different book than the ones I had been promising for the last three months.
For context, I am an author who, after the completion of the books on Wattpad, publishes it on Amazon. I had an official Instagram, Facebook, and Threads account linked to each other. For the last four years, all my progress, promotion works, communities, everything was build on those three.
But recently, without any good reason, Facebook suddenly flagged my account, saying that it isn't under my legal name nor have I posted my personal pictures there. Yes, it's under my pen name Eli Blake and I have no desire to do a face reveal any time soon. And I'm not the only author there with pen name. But with new methods Facebook is following, there isn't any proper way to explain ANY of this to them, and they simply locked me out of all three accounts and removed it for everyone else.
YEARS of memories and hard work...just stolen.
With that, I haven't been feeling up for working on cleaning up my previous book: When The Curtain Falls for Amazon. 70 chapters were daunting on their own, but with no proper community support, I have no desire to work on it. I know I promised Eric's book and Colter's book, but I felt like working on those would only stack up things because no matter how short or long, I won't be able to publish any of those on Amazon without publishing the main core book.
Just two days prior to all this, I had come up with the idea of 'The Lingering Promises Beneath The Talismans.' I wasn't going to start working on it, but after all that has been going on, I wanted to regain some of the love and support. So, here we are. Another book, another story that I'm pouring my heart out through to you guys.
