For those of you still waiting for a fanfic, I am working on the Heroes of Olympus story, but the next one I'm posting may be anime related. I wanted to try my hand at a My Hero Academia story. It is loosely inspired by the Blessings of the Goddess story on AO3 but will have a bit of spin on it of Izuku having a higher IQ and being the inventor of...I'm just going to say it because I have no other way of saying it... Izuku will be Iron Man. He will be the cross between Tony Stark and the cannon Izuku. He will not receive a quirk but will be a hyper-intelligent genius. If you have read it, prepare for a more in-depth science than that fanfic. It will be a bit more adult than the regular My Hero cannon. I'm sorry for not finishing the HOO; I'm writing three fanfics simultaneously. After reading that fanfic, I had to get it out of my system to make my version of it. I liked the idea of fermentable odds men faced as the weaker sex and having no quirk at all, and I always loved the idea of Izuku somehow becoming a hero like Batman and Iron Man. I love MHA, the show is not how I remember it since I'm caught up with the Manga, and I've read too many fanfics, but it's still a part of my heart. But I never liked the idea of Izuku becoming a hero with a quirk when he was born quirkless. He did work hard; however, it undermined the notion that anyone could be a hero if he was given the power of the number one hero and was told it would be stronger once it was passed on. He worked for it. I won't take that away, but it doesn't feel the same since he was given the quirk. I want to spin off the other fanfic with some Iron Man and other ingenious technologies from Marvel and DC. I will try to not make it the typical 'he is the only male hero story' and give him a random one-dimensional harem. There might be more than one ship, but I will work my butt off to flesh out the relationships.
