          Elijah was seven when the revolution ended and eighty-nine when the civil war ended
          
          so Elijah , the son of George fucking Washington , lived to see America slowly morph into it's own nation with it's own government and to see it break apart not even a century later.
          
          so yeah...imagine that. anygay I just wanted to say all this really quick. remember that Elijah is only my OC and didn't actually exist.
