So my idea is a wbwl/wgwl story with Harry getting transported back to the founders after being left to Petunia. BUT the twist is unknowingly Harry acidently put a curse on Dumbles while he was dropping Harry off. The curse is basically Dumbles powers slowly being taken from him and given to Harry. Feel free to change it up a bit!
