Hey there!
As you can tell from my name, my mom really loved romance.  I was named after the main character from Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, which, like it is for my mom, is my favorite book. Jane Austen's romances say something, and that is so incredibly inspiring to me. They tell me about who she is, what she admired, and what she hoped for but never attained.
I live in Paris, "the city of love," but unfortunately I am not Parisian. My mom moved us here after some unfortunate personal problems, but I love it here. Living in the city where some of the greatest fictional romances have occurred is especially inspiring to me!
I hope that someday, people can look back on the romance novels that I produce and say the same thing about me that I say about Austen...maybe someone will even name their daughter after one of my characters!
