The blue pfp are not just randomly done, they’re done to aimbolise, or fights against using AI to sexualise K-pop idols and not just them.
This is getting out of hand, and right now I’m not one of ‘the sensitive stays,’ but I’m an actual worried fan of K-pop. Just because they’re public faces, it does NOT explain that people do that.
What the sexualising or the raising awareness is for:
1) stopping the use of AI to take a certain clothing article off
2)Using AI to make photos of yourself with the idols without consent (that’s why they organise fan meetings, and I understand that not everyone can go, but it doesn’t justify it)
3)Using AI to change or make up messages for the public
This is happening to idols as young as 16, and you know that.
The disgusting thing is that most of the people who do it are adults. Don’t y’all have a tiny bit of empathy in you?
It’s gross
And what’s crazier is that the problem isn’t AI, it’s humans, because the photos don’t just make themselves; fully consenting people do it, and it’s crazy.
People, we have been talking about consent for years, and just because now it’s a public figure- an idol, it doesn’t mean it’s okay
