It is quite fun.  Give it a go and see if you like it.  I know I do.  The best part of writing a story is the fact that you have complete control over everything in the story.  Every action, every reaction, every setting, every scene.  Fantasy stories are especially fun.

Maybe I should spend less time reading stories, and more time writing one.
