            Hero: Red Hood
            
            Powers: Enhanced reflexes and agility

            Backstory: Nick was born and raised by the League of Assassins to become the perfect killer from the day he could walk he was trained both physically and mentally and received the proper skills to kill somebody so quickly they'd be dead in a heartbeat. So when Nick reached the age of 18 he set out for Star City which he knew was home to the so called Green Arrow and donned the identity of the masked murderer Red Hood.

@ElusiveWriter21 I have two different ideas one of them involves the hero being on Team Flash and the other involves the hero being on Team Arrow. Here's my first idea:
            
            Hero: Static
            
            Name: Mitchell Foster
            
            Location: Central City
            
            Love Interest: TBD
            
            Best friend: Wally West
            
            Powers: Electrokinesis
            
            Backstory: 18 year old Mitchell Foster used to be a normal fun loving college student, Mitchell didn't have many friends because he was bit of a social outcast and was bullied due to not only his gifted intellect, but also because of his interests for comic books, role playing games, and science fiction. But that all changed after Barry changed the timeline. On the day the particle accelerator exploded Virgil was working on a project that involved static electricity when "BOOM" the particle accelerator happened and Mitchell was zapped by a charge of static electricity that changed his DNA infusing his central nervous system with supercharged static electricity allowing Mitchell to be able to generate and consume static electricity and then Mitchell became the Hero known as static about a month after Wally became The  Flash. Static and the Flash were a crime fighting duo that protected Central City.
            
            
            Origin: Static was a new hero that was born after Barry changed the timeline by saving his mom and creating flashpoint, in the flashpoint timeline Mitchell was outside working on a project for science class involving static electricity when "BOOM" the particle accelerator happened and Mitchell was zapped by a charge of static electricity that changed his DNA and made him the hero known as Static.
