I might give up on writing a new chapter of the comfort of one I just found out half the chapter got deleted

I’m getting burnt out, I might not only slow down but reduce the quality
          
          I finished the 11th chapter and I feel really burnt out
          
          The spark that caused me to write seems to be wearing off
