My name is Elya, and I am a full-time English teacher. I was born in Napa Valley, California but spent most of my early life in Lancaster, California. I received my BA in Global Studies from UCLA and my single subject credential in English and Master of Arts in Teaching from UCI. Two of my passions in life are reading and writing. My mission in life is to ignite a love of reading and writing in today's youth.
