I just downloaded a new book cover app thing and it won’t open :/

I think I just posted an empty story my bad 

I can’t remember the last time I was on this app but like I can’t get my Desygner app thing to open to decorate Wattpad covers. Does anyone know if the app broke or cost money know orrrrrrr
