Hello,
My name is Emily. I have loved to read and write since primary school. From middle school all the way up to college I participated in either a creative writing class or club. I enjoy hearing others' thoughts on my writings and getting feedback that helps me gain even more creative thoughts for a story. I tend to have a fasination with other languages and have taught myself a little of Japanese and Latin. Latin is a big one for me and many of my stories will hold Latin quotes or phrases. 

I read mainly Young Adult Supernatural books, such as Vampire Academy, Bloodlines (sequel series to VA), The House of Night Series, The Harry Potter series, Beautiful creatures series, The Eternals, The Darkest Powers Trilogy, The Immortals series, and yes, The Twilight saga. I also read historical fiction that deals with Egyptian history and many more. Examples of historical fiction I read are: Cleopatra's Moon, Shanghai Girls, and The Ripper (about Jack the Ripper's Son).

I hope to one day have at least one of my writings in a magazine or even published. I will work hard toward this dream even though I know it is one that many others dream of.
