It's me zoe and whenever I get period cramps I just try to eat nice food and watch an interesting anime (while lying down it helps) and eventually I forget about it and the pain lessens. I'm sorry but this might not work for everyone but it might help if you push a cushion to ur stomach while sleeping it might help :)
