          Ducks AREN’T water repellent, the water just slides off their feathers, but leaves them damp. Of course you wouldn’t be able to tell from just a glance though so I’m just guessing. Their wings would have to be a little damp at least, right? I mean, water IS wet after all, right?.. Right?... RIGHT?RIGHT?!?!!!!!!?
          
          Yeah water’s wet and it is now illegal to tell me otherwise. Yes, that was the point of me posting this whole thing.

Aight, it’s nearing my prime hour of thinking and I just had a fonking epiphany
          
          I don’t like pet names at all!! Actually maybe 3am is just my prime hour of loneliness(๑･̑◡･̑๑)
          
          I was reading a fanfiction- you know, something one would normally do on a fanfiction based app- and I noticed the characters using pet names ᗯᗩY too often. It was ‘honey’ then ‘sunshine’ then ‘dear’- and reading all of these, I thought something along the lines of: ‘who the fonk came up with these? W-what was ‘honey’ ever supposed to mean? When you call someone ‘honey’ d-does that mean they t-taste good? Oh no. Oh god no. NO. NOOO-‘ and right around there I start picturing.. things. It’s not just ‘honey’ that I have a gripe with either, like, why do people call their partners ‘sunshine’? Do they need them to survive? Do they give skin cancer?? Do they tan them??? Do they.. make ‘em.. all hot n’ sweaty( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).. Alright then, that one might make sense but all together pet names gimme the heeby jeebies solely cause I look into them a lot more than I should. In conclusion, always wear sunscreen, skin cancer is not a joke, Jeremy.

Okay, sorry for saying this at 3 in the morning, 
          but- 
          
          It weirds me out A LOT when couples call each other baby. Whenever I read that in a fanfic or hear it in real life, I just start picturing them as infants!! It’s.. gross.. and pedophilic.. egh. Needless to say, I’m not too fond of that pet name.. it totally wotally  creeps me out. It irked me to the point that I had to write about it. At 3 AM. Priorities am I right? I- I just couldn’t sleep and my mind wandered! Now I’m here thinking about babies flirting. Σ('◉⌓◉’) Why does this happen so often???(Also I think I slept through the whole day??)
