Hear me out. A sequel. A guy moves in Micheal house but he's very quiet. Everyone thinks he is just a remake of Micheal so no one talks to him. Until a new girl moves in ACROSS from him in roses house.
          
          Everyone thinks the guy will kill the girl living in roses house bc of the history between the two houses but instead. She is actually the physco and kills him bc he won't love her back. She's basically a female version of Micheal. 
          
          Or like they both end up phsycos and fall in love killing anyone in their way BAHSHAHAH
