I see. I had a hard time figuring this one out when I used my ipod to write. I don't exactly remember how to do it; it has been so long. (at school, someone stole my ipod) However, I will be receiving another ipod in the next few days, so if you feel like waiting for a day or so, I would be glad to answer your question.
