You should continue the crimson king, it's such a deeper premise than with canon. Rhaenyra's brother(half) aegon was born and he wasn't heir, he wasn't raised or brought up thinking he was the heir, so rhaenyra being heir wasn't a bad thing for him because he had nothing "taken" from him. But this guy your OC was raised thinking he was the heir, he grew up thinking he was going to be king. Only for his father to make his older sister heir. That, that is a story

Wait, I read the premise. But then read the first chapter and it's nothing alike. The birth seems like your setting it up to be a rival twins story(that's already being done in another on going story. Involving viserys having twin sons) but what I said above could be a story. Rhaenyra is 14 in season one, her younger brother could be 10. But when aemma died Viserys feels guilty about pushing for more sons, so he feels by making rhaenyra heir he's honoring her.....but he just changed up his only sons entire world.
