She froze for a few seconds, baffled as she tried to process the words she’d heard. Yaeko did not get many compliments such as that, and her face flushed with a slight red hue. She stared, falling silent as she opted to simply watch him instead.

“Not at all. On the contrary, actually.. I’m quite good myself, especially with the sword I use.. despite its poor conditions.” she admitted, a bit embarrassed. But it was because she’s used her sword so many times now, that it was rusted quite a bit. She just never had time to get it fixed. “So, are you willing to spar with me then?”

@visionbearings "well take a look through the menu, I'll click the button so we can get served." He said softly as he looked through the menu with previews starting. This was a lot to take in so he'd wait until she was ready to click the service button.

“This is.. super different to movie theaters I know.” she said softly, a bit overwhelmed by how different this was—something she had not anticipated, nor expected. But that was okay, she was sure she’d get used to it.
