alright, work should soon resume after like... a month. Definitely will be able to continue work in December. thank you for your patience

After a week... maybe more... I can finally get a bit of work done on this fic

A few changes. In the Prologue and Ep 1 Number nines Basilisk and Witch form is described in greater detail

work has begun on episode 3, which will show our titular characters first day at hexside as well as introduce a third character who will be important.

Ep 2 is about to be posted, fair warning, it is nearly 9000 words, as i make an effort to have each episode in a format that could be easily made into a show. it also made Grammarly very upset. so uh... enjoy?

Guess what gang? I'm FINALLY almost done with Ep 2, which will be called "The Rocky Road to Hexside". 
          In this episode Number Nine discovers hot chocolate, Belos doesnt know how the public school system works, and Lilith as well as a fan favorite character go on a side quest. 
          Stay Tuned for more, this "episode" is mostly filler, but still way more fun to write and read than I thought it would be. If you haven't yet, be sure to read the already released stuff first. In other news, If i find a way too, I now have a rendering of Number Nine, made by me (Blender is kinda okay for 2d art) that if i find a way to, will be released to the public.

As i said there would be, changes have now been made to Ep 1 Of  "A Ballad of Basements, Beasts, and Basilisks"
          
          -instead of saying they have a long way to go to bonesborough, Griffith now says they have a long ways to go to hexside, as I realized that Hexside is west of Bonesborough, meaning they wouldnt head there. instead the first town they will head to will be Latissa. 
          -all writing is now in the past tense
          -multiple word or sentence changes for better readability
          -additions to descriptions to better fit characters and their stories that will be progressed throughout the story
          -I overall just was able to find better wordage for certain sentences
          
          Thank you for reading, and keep in mind this is an ongoing project, so changes will happen. hopefully not for the prologue and Ep 1 anymore, but who knows. Changes have been made to the prologue of A Ballad of Beasts, Basements, and Basilisks.
          - All writing except for the intro are now in past tense
          - A few word changes 
          - In the last paragraph Number Nine now misremembers what Belos said, making the final statement of the prologue have a more personalized meaning and effect.
          Changes like these will happen as I improve as a writer and realize things would make more sense in terms of how they relate to the characters. You can expect similiar changes to Ep.1 "What's in a name?" soon.
          In other news, I am starting on Ep.2 and it can be expected to drop in at most 2 weeks.

So turns out in Ep1 I accidently pre-maturely revealed something? Oops! It is fixed now, so don't worry. I suppose something like this was bound to happen. Someone drew my attention to the discrepancy, which is much appreciated. In the future I will probably run things through Grammarly BEFORE I put it into here, which will save a lot of time and will hopefully solve some problems. That being said, if you do ever find something wrong in the story PLEASE tell me. Even if you just have suggestion hearing those would be great too.
