Sorry guys. Dealing with something that I'd rather not discuss, but I'm on the loosing side. Unsure if I'll return, but it was a good run. Well, this is Eric, hopping off for a while.

December 15, 1939

          USA, New York

"Papers! Get'cha papers! Germans and Russians takin' ova Erurope! Brits and French buildn' up war machines! Gonna be a big ol' fight over there people!"

It was a bustling evening in New York, people going to and from places, crowding the streets like ants on a dirt mound. Buildings reach high, almost as if they're trying to reach the stars. Outside of the city, on a little farm, people could be seen star-gazing. A simple family, a father, mother, and two children, would often sit out in the cold, dreaming of the stars and planets beyond.

"Woahh! Mom! Dad! A shooting star!" One of the kids excitedly points to the sky, seeing a streak of light dash across the night sky.

"I see! I see!" The other kid, a little younger shouts. "WOAHHH!! DID YOU SEE THAT ONE?!" The kid points to the sky, an almost blinding flash of light appears, then dissapears, leaving odd objects in space.

"Honey? That... isn't normal, right?" The wife points out to her husband. "Something's there, like it came from that light!"

"No, it isn't normal." The husband goes to look through the family's telescope and saw something outrageous. "Honey... get the kids inside. And get Roosevelt on the phone."

The People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs (Russian: Народный комиссариат внутренних дел, romanized: Narodnyy komissariat vnutrennikh del, IPA: [nɐˈrodnɨj kəmʲɪsərʲɪˈat ˈvnutrʲɪnʲɪɣ dʲel]), abbreviated as NKVD (Russian: НКВД; listenⓘ), was the interior ministry of the Soviet Union from 1934 to 1946. It was established in July 1934 to succeed the Joint State Political Directorate (OGPU) secret police agency, and thus had a monopoly on intelligence and state security.[1][2] The NKVD is known for political repression and for carrying out the Great Purge under Joseph Stalin, as well organizing counterintelligence, barrier, and sabotage operations during World War II.

The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.
