Hello, all!
          
          I know that I have not been as active on Wattpad as I once was, and for quite some time now. I can't believe it's been literal years.
          
          But, I'm posting this new message because it has come to my attention that the private messaging feature here on Wattpad is being canned. I'm disappointed to see it go, as it has been a source of several fond memories for me, and a crucial means of personal communication between myself and other people.
          With this in mind, I wanted to say that I will be keeping a close eye on my private messages up 'til the end, and I'd love to hear from anyone who's got anything to say! Furthermore, I'm a bit hesitant about releasing more information online, but I am willing to respond to anyone  who wants another way to contact me, and I'll gladly discuss this via private message until May 6th (and, possibly, through the "Conversations" section after that, I guess). If anyone wants my email, or the name of one of my few other social media accounts, let me know, and we can discuss!
          
          Other than that, I can't say anything for certain, let alone that I'll be making a comeback on here, although I do want to get through my TBR, and follow up on some other things I said I'd do. I know this inactivity is my fault, so I'm sorry if I've been distant to anyone. As such, I don't know if I have any room to say this, but I've missed you all.  :)

A quick question for all of you whose stories I've repeatedly commented on - can you see where I leave my comments? As in, which specific sentences and parts I leave my comments on? I know I've left comments before on specific pieces of paragraphs, on sentences and phrases, but I wanted to know if any of you authors actually noticed and/or paid attention to that.
          
          I've mostly been doing reading here on Wattpad when I've had some spare time, but I haven't left as many comments because my Kindle is my only device that lets me select particular pieces of text to comment on (my computer won't let me do it, and I haven't used the Wattpad phone app in forever), but said Kindle has been running rough recently, and it's probably going to kick the bucket sometime soon.
          
          What I'm trying to get at is that I wanted to know if any of you authors look at which parts and phrases readers leave their comments on. Has it ever mattered to you? Have you ever noticed this? Do you even know what I'm talking about (lol)?
          
          Anyway, I'd appreciate feedback on this, because while I prefer to comment while reading Wattpad stories on my Kindle, that device has become nearly unworkable, so if there's no big difference in whether you can see the exact spot where I left my comments or not, then I'll just start reading from my computer, and go back to leaving more comments again, without working off of a device that keeps kicking me out of the app.  XD  :)

            Thank you! I'd had you in mind when I was wondering how much this mattered to people, so I'm glad to know how it works for you.
            
            I'll definitely keep this in mind going forward, and while I'm considering just giving up the Kindle when it comes to non-editing comments on other stories and using my computer instead, I think I'll continue to use the Kindle for your stories.
            
            As far as the Kindle goes, since it's running rough, I have considered replacing it, but I've recently asked my parents for a new one as a belated birthday gift. I'm not sure when I'd receive a new one, but hopefully, it will pick up where this old one has left off. :D

@ErinOfCarson I haven’t seen any recent comments from you if you have read my stories recently. But yes, I always check where the comment was made to see the context. Plus it helps me find and fix a typo MUCH easier
