I know i havent posted lately. Sorry, its been a mess. I could post a lengthy post detailing why the last year or so ive been absent going on about adult life and crap but I dont think anyone wants to read it. Im doing ok now, im finally living somewhere where I dont have to constantly be expecting the worst to happen every day. I want to finish the stories I have out. I hate leaving stuff unfinished. 
          
          But as far as new content, new stories, im not sure yet. I can say that there will be only 1 more billdip story coming from me. I just have kinda fallen out of love with the ship, but don't worry, the final story will be a big send off. Ive been teasing it vaguely in my own comments but I havent actually said what it is yet. So ill just come out and say it here. It's The Quiet Kid, again, but through Bill's perspective. This also gives me a chance to update some things, elaborate on some scenes, change some minor things, and create new scenes. Im about halfway through writing it it will have the exact same amount of chapters as The Quiet Kid, though the contents wont be the exact same. Sort of a new and refreshing look at the story, but still keeping what made The Quiet Kid so special to all of the people who loved it. So please keep an eye out for "The Lonely One" in the coming months. I hope you guys all have a great Christmas if you celebrate, and happy holidays to those who dont. Funny thing, I was recently reading The Book of Bill, and noticed an interesting detail...
          
          There's a page where it talks about how Dipper overheard his parents fighting before the twins were sent to Gravity Falls, and Dipper was worried his parents might be getting a divorce. Which is literally the same thing I wrote back in 2020 for The Quiet Kid. I am by no means saying Alex Hirsch somehow read my story and used it in his, I'm pretty sure Alex Hirsch wouldn't be caught dead reading a Billdip fanfic. But it is kinda neat I sorta predicted a plot point in the the Gravity Falls cannon. 

Wattpad authors deserve ad revenue if they're going to be putting ads on OUR writing. Even if it is fanfiction, it's no different than ads on fan animations or cosplay on YouTube. They're putting ads on our content, yet we don't see a cent of the money it's making. If wattpad insists on putting ads between every fucking chapter, then we should be getting some of the money from it. Or at the very least, make it so authors don't see ads on their own stories. 
          
          I understand that running ads is what keeps the platform going and free to use, but they should be allowing their creators to earn ad revenue. 
          
          WE are the ones who even make this app/site what it is. WE are the ones providing content for this app, and they insist on putting ads between every chapter, so its only fair that we see some of the profit this app brings in. If there wasn't so many ads, I probably wouldn't care as much, but it's literally every chapter.
          
          It's really no wonder people are leaving and going over to AO3 a lot more now. At least they don't have ads over there. Which proves that it's possible to run a site/app like this without needing ads to do so. Wattpad clearly is making enough money to keep the app/site up, so why aren't they offering any of that to the people who make this app what it is. And yeah, I know there's a system now where you can use in app currency to read and they pay you that way or whatever, but honestly that system is dumb. And it excludes a huge portion of the people using this app. 
          
          Idk, maybe there's more to it than I realize, but if people on YouTube, Twitch, etc, are making money off their content from Ad revenue, then we should too.
          
          This isn't my way of saying I'm gonna stop posting on the platform or anything like that, I just think that if we all start speaking up about this, maybe Wattpad will actually listen for once. If there isn't already a petition for this, I'll likely be making one.

May I write a fanfiction that is similar to “The quiet kid” which you wrote but it will have a drastic change, it will end very different, and it won’t be Billdip, is that ok with you?

I honestly think removing private messaging on Wattpad is a good idea.
          
          This is a platform that has a lot of underage users on it, and I've seen perverts trying to take advantage of that. Hell a month ago I spent a lot of my time trying to get a book taken down that someone had written about a 25 year old and a 14 year old in a sexual relationship. That kind of content is not okay, especially on a platform like this. People are very impressionable, especially at younger ages. Hell, I've almost been a victim of grooming when I was younger, right here on wattpad. 
          
          So to all those who are trying to fight this change, I'm gonna see you as one of two kinds of people, either your underage and don't understand, or you're a pervert who lost a way for you to manipulate people. 
          
          I'm glad wattpad is finally changing up how they moderate things, because the shit I've seen on this site is disgusting, people should be able to interact on wattpad safely. 

Trying something new with my writing. Gonna drop something completely different then what I usually write. Not sure if its gonna be the next story I post or if something else is gonna come out first, but expect a lot of big things this year. Gonna try and get on that writing grind again. 

Doing some minor editing today, so if you see any stories that get "updated" it's really just minor changes

I'd say write about autism, I have a form of it called aspergers syndrome, and it is hard to tell i have autism until I have a breakdown over something or I emd up with a sensory issue. I would love to see more people write about my syndrome, and if you want, I can tell you some things that I have figure out with said condition, but again, everyone with it condition is different.
