2 Random story ideas:
Basically the MC get transported to an alternate version of earth where humans evolved more quickly the original earth. Like in the 1800s cars became a thing, earth 2.0 around that time were already making flying vehicles. In the 60s they discovered new medicine that cured H.I.V. (Yea, THAT developed). Earth 2.0 could already splice DNA with animals, Swap Genders, Realistic VR (Like SAO), Androids started having rights. ALL OF THAT.
So the MC has to fit in through this sudden change since to humans in Earth 2.0, the MC is set back in 500 A.D.
This takes place in 2023 btw.
The Second Idea:
The MC wakes up in a completely empty, post apocalyptic city with absolutely no memory of who they are and why they're there. As they search for life they come across a man killing another man that looks just like them, and they weren't pleased when they have been caught.
So basically, the MC has to survive murderous clones that's not only trying to kill the originals, take their place and live a "normal life", but also kill people who witness them or find out. MC also wants to know their origin and try not to get replaced. That's if they're not a clone already.
Example: There are almost 100 clones trying to be the only one. The one that kills the original becomes that original until they kill each other off for the last clone standing, that's if the human doesn't kills them first.
