If Bakugo tried using his quirk underwater, would it work? It shouldn’t, because the water would wash away the sweat, and it might not be possible to ignite any explosions.
@nothingisheremaybe I think Mineta would keep his hair because his quirk is sort of considered a mutation quirk, and Aizawa can't erase those types of quirks.
