          But ever since we lost contact, it hurt to know that you were hurting, and you left this Earth thinking I hated you. 
          
          Knowing that you passed broke my heart. But, it helps me keep my head held high. You may have hated me, but I will always remember all the good times that we had together. You genuinely made me laugh, and I'm very glad I was your friend before it was too late. 
          
          No matter how much it hurts, I must persevere.
