After a week break I have chapter 12 of 'Streets' posted!
Please enjoy!
And also cause I want to ramble:
So the smog in Norside city is really heavy. Light from the sun or moon struggles to get past the dense cloud made by pollution. because of this, they live in pretty much an eternal night, how sad to think that this was the first time Dolion has ever witnessed a sunset and the constellations in the stars. all because of the smog that humans have created. it's pretty much like this in every other large city in fractus, but maybe just a bit better than Norside City (The worst of all cities) this is also why many of the characters you will see will be light-skinned. people need the sun (Vitamin D is a must), and living in a place where the sun can not shine means they will struggle to get Vitamin D, the sun is the only provider of such a thing. Vitamin D is what you need to develop strong bones. It doesn't provide per se it helps with the production and since taking vitamins and from my short amount of research that in no way is accurate, vitamin D is best helped by the sun. Being light skinned helps collect as much Uv sunlight as possible, where as darken skin doesn't allow so much UV sunlight, which is why people near the equator have darker skin this is because the sun is much stronger then people away from the equator, there is a graph showing it, you should have a look if you guys have the chance.
and yes. I did make Fia (Deidamia) a nerd for star constellations. and yes these constellations do not exist so don't try to find them in our night sky.
