Hiii

My deepest condolences to the family of the lives lost in the Ahmedabad Air India Flight incident. 242 along with the crew had been travelling until the flight crashed after a while from departing. 241 members passed away in this tragic incident.
          
          Only 1 out of 242 made it out alive, by jumping from the plane and surviving with minor injuries which can be named as a miracle.. This is a really terrible incident.
          
          I pray that God offers the support and the strength for their families to overcome the loss of their loved ones.

Everything is falling apart again 
          My physical health , my mental health, everything feels like i lost something, somewhere...
          I am unable to get all the pieces together again like I used to do... 
          I am mentally tired that it started affecting my physical health .
          My appetite is completely ruined. I am not sad .. I am just numb. I lost my productivity. I lost everything. 
          Body pains are getting worse. Grades are falling low. Life is completely different... 
          It didn't happen slow and smooth. All was like a hard jerk.. very unexpected. I miss me , I miss my life. 
          Anyways , i didn't tell it for attention or sympathy seeking. I have been wanting to get it off my heart. taht's it..
