Ah okay, I see! And no worries, no assumptions made. I know that there can be any number of reasons why writers don't respond to comments which is why I just ask. So long as I know that my comments aren't a bother and you're actually happy to have them, as you said, you don't ever have to reply to any of them. Being reactive is just something I like to do. Also, I'm happy as a clam to just be reading your book, so you can take a gander at WW whenever and as silently as you feel like 

hello Wowoah! i have been meaning to get back to at least a couple; all the thoughts and comments you've been having have been SO awesome to read and i'm so grateful you're taking the time to experience the story!!! there are a couple of reasons i haven't yet;
            1) i'm worried i'll somehow say too much about some aspect of the story and give too many answers somehow
            2) i'm not the *best* at responding; i'm actually quite shy and often don't know how to respond to people in the first place (but it's something i want to get better at!!)
            3) i've had an experience where frequent interaction with someone over the internet lead to a sort of parasocial thing (not saying this would happen with you or anyone in particular in the future! i'm just a bit hesitant because i don't know how much responding to readers is 'too' much y'know?)
            3) i have SUCH a hectic schedule! i'm currently juggling school and a job  and taking care of a senior dog, and i have been scheduling chapters weeks ahead of time, which is why you'll see me post a chapter and still not get back to comments.
            like i said, i'd really love to interact with readers when i can, and i've been so excited to see your thoughts about the story and characters, so i'm super sorry if it seems like i simply don't care! i'll get to them soon :) thank you SO much again for checking my story out (and yes, i do intend to take a gander at your story i've saved as well!)!!
