Hi guys so... life's been kind of busy - I started a new module on Monday and had my final exam on Friday, so it's been a week. And the week's going to repeat for the rest of the month, so I may not be on here as much.
If you've got an update on your story that you want me to read (or just something cool to share), drop me a comment/message so I will definitely see it because I'll probably miss the announcements :p

@AllyCwrites Not at all! I'm so happy to find more retellings - and I have to remember to continue reading Princess Snow too! Nowadays, I only have time to read a chapter at a time and then I have to go back to studying :p
So... it's been two years since my last announcement but I'm back and published 3 chapters of a new story - imagine influencers in a zombie apocalypse and that's basically the premise.
I'll be slowly lurking around, getting used to seeing paid stories (when did that happen?), and trying to read a chapter here and there, so say hi if you want to/have a story to recommend!

Hello! Just wondering, I've been reading your book Mi and You (great btw), and there's a lot of detail about Japan! Has the author experience of Japan?

HELLO, I HAVE WRITTEN SOMETHING.
I posted something earlier this year, but it was written last year so this short story is literally the first thing I've written all year (I hope this means the plot bunnies are coming back)
I've been reading The Tale of Genji lately and this story is inspired by it. It's not Heian Japan (there are definitely some modern touches), but it's influenced by the era and the book. The title of the story is "Hannya" and you can find it in "Story Seeds", which is where all my short stories go.
